Use: AMG Essential Amino tablets are a unique combination of essential amino acids, ie. those amino acids that the body can not create itself and it is necessary its dietary intake. This combination of essential free amino acid has the unique positive influence on the growth and regeneration of muscle tissue during sports activities.
Dosage: It is recommended to use 5-6 tablets a day. On training days are taken 2-3 tablets 60 minutes before sports performance and 3 tablets just after. On days without training take 2 tablets 3x daily. The maximum permitted daily dose is 12 tablets.
Composition: free essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanin, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan), auxiliary tabletting agents (microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate), sweeteners (sorbitol, acesulfame K, sucralose), acidulant (citric acid), sea buckthorn flavoring, colorant (dried beetroot juice), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6)
Limitations: Not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. There is not substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. It contains allergen - lactose.
