Instructions for use: AMG Postworkout Drink is due to its composition extremely effective product for fast recovery and muscle growth. The unique combination of free amino acids, supported by a number of other active substances, provides several times higher effect than the conventional gainers.
Dosage: dissolve 1 scoop (50 g = 1 dose) in 300 ml of water. It is used immediately after training, can be used just before training or at its end. Normally is used 1-2 doses daily, maximum daily dose is 2 doses. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
Restrictions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children and lactating women. There is not substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store in closed containers at 25°C and a relative humidity of 60%, out of reach of children.
