    Nutritional value per 100 g (1 tablet): proteins 0 g, carbohydrates 91.62 (0.183) g, fats 0 g, chrome 100 (0.2) mg.

    Energy value 1,557.5 (3.12) kJ, 366.5 (0.73) kcal.

    Instructions for use: Tablets are swallowed whole after a meal containing carbohydrates and washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid. Recommended daily dose 1 tablet. People with increased carbohydrate intake (hard work): up to 3 tablets. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Product is not intended as a replacement for a varied diet. Store in a dry place out of the reach of children and sunlight and at temperatures up to 25°C.

    General information: Chromium is a very important element for the use of carbohydrates, or anabolism of muscle glycogen (incorporation of carbohydrates into depleted muscles, accelerated regeneration). Excellent in combination with HCA.
