Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss
Using:
powdered blend designed to quickly prepare the nutritional porridge by mixing it in water. One serving (70 g) is mixed in cold water, eventually pour the boiling water (150 ml) and allow to stand for 3-5 minutes to form a porridge consistency. The porridge is suitable for reducing diets, as a substitute for daily food, for feeling satiety, for enriching the diet with essential nutrients (proteins, vitamins, minerals and trace elements). It can also be used as a substitute for 1 or 2 daily meals.
It is used not only in reducing diets but also for enriching the diet during sports activities.
Dosage: usually at least 1 or 2 servings daily. However, up to 4 servings daily can be taken.
Restrictions: Not for children under 3 years old. Contains allergens - milk, soy, gluten.
Storage conditions: Keep away from children and sunlight, store in dry place below 25° C.
