The latest information recommends that athletes take a dose of up to 0.6-0.8 g per 1 kg of body weight, but doses above 5 g glutamic acid or glutamine can cause problems. Top athletes take approx. 5 g on an empty stomach in the morning, before sleeping at night and before training (improves performance and mental resistance), after training 2 x 15-16 g with a 90 minute break in-between, together with up to 1.5 g carbohydrates per kg TH.

It is otherwise commonly used as a supplement during the day, including before sleeping (usually 2 g for non-athletes) to improve regeneration and mental activity for the next day, and to increase immunity. Its promotion and popularity is mainly due to the fact that in countries with a high consumption of nutritional supplements, it is also offered to non-athletes.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product (in 1 capsule): Proteins 89.3 (0.56) g, of which glutamine 79.3 (0.5) g. Carbohydrates 0 g. Fats 0 g.
