The latest information recommends that athletes take a dose of up to 0.6-0.8 g per 1 kg of body weight, but doses above 5 g glutamic acid or glutamine can cause problems. Top athletes take approx. 5 g on an empty stomach in the morning, before sleeping at night and before training (improves performance and mental resistance), after training 2 x 15-16 g with a 90 minute break in-between, together with up to 1.5 g carbohydrates per kg TH.
It is otherwise commonly used as a supplement during the day, including before sleeping (usually 2 g for non-athletes) to improve regeneration and mental activity for the next day, and to increase immunity. Its promotion and popularity is mainly due to the fact that in countries with a high consumption of nutritional supplements, it is also offered to non-athletes.

Instructions for use: For normal exercise, take no more than 2 narrow coffee spoon daily, ideally in 2-week intake cycles, with a two-week break. For increased exercise, up to 5 narrow coffee spoons a day. Can be taken without a break. The product is mainly used 30-60 minutes before exercise, during or immediately after it is finished, or at any time during the day. In case of intolerance it can be taken after eating, during normal exercise, and ideally before sleeping.
It is not intended for children or pregnant and nursing women, and those intolerant of any of these ingredients. Celiacs should use with caution.
