Instructions for use: The product can be consumed directly or mixed into a suitable dish (yogurt, salad, etc.). The recommended daily dose for regular use is 6-9 g, and the maximum daily dose is up to 40 g. We recommend dividing the daily dose into several smaller ones. 1 flat coffee spoon 1.5 g, piled-up 3.5 g, 1 flat tablespoon 5 g tablecloth, piled-up 10 g.
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded - higher doses of lecithin may have slightly laxative effects. The product may be unsuitable for those who with an allergy to soy products. Product is not intended as a replacement for a varied diet.
