Night Protein
Instructions of use: Single dose of 30 g (1 scoop) is dissolved in 150 ml of cold water or milk. It is used generally 1 serving daily for night. You can use it during the day, if not possible to ensure a steady intake of protein. Do not take more than 4 doses per day.
